Hotel requires significant upgrades!!! Common areas are filthy, parking lot is hazardous, and there’s a strange lingering odor in the rooms. Overall cleanliness needs improvement, not what I expected!!!

Housekeeping needs improvement. the tub was dirty, and the TV had only a few channels working.

I had a pretty good experience here! ! The shuttle service was on point, with Deb sending a driver right away when I called. Plus, I got to check-in early, and the room was larger and cleaner than I expected.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, it was reasonable for what I got.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast which had a variety of options. The hotel was just a short drive to the HSBC Arena, perfect for catching a Sabers game with the family, and the location made it easy to explore the area.

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be great. A play area or pool would have made our stay even better.

the best western had a fantastic fitness center, which I loved using during my stay. it's also conveniently located near the greater niagara area, making it easy to explore. the free wifi was a great perk too!

The room was super spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. It's nice to see that they provide toiletries like shampoo and body soap. The breakfast had a great variety, fresh coffee available 24/7, and free cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Shuttle service to the airport was quick and efficient. Highly recommend if you're traveling!

i recently stayed for one night at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. compared to my previous stays in buffalo, this place exceeded all my expectations with its clean rooms and excellent shuttle service to the airport. the breakfast options were tasty, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Just a solid selection for a weekend excursion in Buffalo with definitely value for money. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when they went out of their way to direct me to the closest mall entrance. Consider using the complimentary shuttle to the airport for convenience.
